Comments:  Hi. I know this is a big ask, but my mum and dad were very involved in running The Vics in the 1970s when the Scarlett family of Ayr took over. My dad was secretary (Mike James), Mum (Meg) washed the strips, made the teas and served the pie and bovril and half time, aided by myself. My brothers Paul and Steve both took lots of photographs at the matches. Unfortunately both of my parents have now passed away and I have been trying to find some of the photographs of those great days which appear to have all gone missing, with the exception of one where I, aged about 15, presented Steven Black with the most improved player of the year award. If anyone out there has any photographs of those days, please, please could you contact me. They hold lots of very happy memories for me. Thanks Elaine Brook (nee James)
